Kubb Country. Just where is it?

OK. Let me start this off by saying that this is NOT "I hate winter" or "This winter is too long" rant. No not at all. I really like winter, although, I don't actively look for kubb games in the snow.

America's Best All-Around Player

Trying to take a nap the other day, I started thinking about who I think the best all-around player is right now in the USA. A few names came to mind. I then had to figure out the difference (if there is one) between "best player" and "best all-around player".
